How to Create Change Pointer for Fields not Listed in BD52?

Dear Experts,

I want to create a change pointer whenever a certain field (fields that are not listed in BD52) is changed. For example, every time the material group description (T023T-WGBEZ) is changed, I want to create a change pointer for message type ZMATMAS (custom message type for MATMAS).
