Hi
I have opened two separate excel sheets. I have logged into epm addin from one excel sheet . when i click on another excel sheet, it is getting refreshed and connecting to same epm connection. We are on EPM 10 SP33 patch1 build 10182
Any excel parameter do i need to update?
Mahesh

Thank you! Just want to add for those who need it, this article has more info on opening new instances in Excel.
https://www.sumproduct.com/thought/alternative-excel-in-an-instance
I am using 32 bit Office 365 Excel
What I did was to create a new shortcut to launch Excel in the Target box I add the /X parameter
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\EXCEL.EXE" /X
If I launch Excel using this (or just copy paste that into the Run box) I can run multiple instances of Excel - All called Book1 and I can connect each instance to a different BPC system
hope it helps
Peter

I don't have the described issues. Please check report connections.

I have opened two excel sheets loaded with epm addin. I have logged into epm addin from one excel sheet. Another one automatically connecting to same connection. It was not like that earlier.
