Hi Guru's,
Could anyone please show me a way, how to start working for the Gratuity calculation.
I am working on a Gratuity calculation process for an international payroll, I know there is no any standard process available for an international payroll.
Well my client requirments as,
Case #01:
a. Employee eligible for gratuity after 1 year of service.
b. Every access of 6 months equal to one year of service.
Gratuity Amount formula as: Gross Salary * No. of years
Case #02:
Gratuity withdrawal process:
a. Employee can withdraw their gratuity after two years of services.
b. Only calculate no. of years from date of joining.
What will be the process for gratuity. And when employee separated from the company then how we need to managed Gratuity payment. .
How it is start and each casees can be done ?
Please Require ur help and Advise.
An Information WT is a WT that will be saved in Time Evaluation Table ZL or in Payroll Results Table RT, but a WT that will not have any impact on Gross or Net Amount.
In a Time Evaluation pcr, you can use Operation HRS to calculate the time since DOJ in IT0041.
In a Payroll Calculation pcr, you can use Operation NUM or AMT to calculate the time since DOJ in IT0041.

How do you calculate "service" in your environment?
Based on that service, create an Information WT with number 1 if service is greater than 1 year, and create a different Information WT with number 1 if service is greater than 2.
Query these Information WTs to generate the Gratuity Calculation and Gratuity Payment.
