SAP HCM TIME MANAGEMENT

Dear Experts,

Please share me the step by step is :

One employee work from Mon to FRI with SAT and SUN weekly off and another employee work from

TUE to SAT with SUN and MON weekly off. Per day working hour will be same for both.

To map the above scenario how many PWS and WSR required??

I am very thankful if i am getting answer asap.

When you will set your Work Schedule Rules in V_T508A, you will have to identify the ESG for Work Schedule, the Holiday Calendar Grouping for Work Schedule, the PSA Grouping for Work Schedule and the Work Schedule Rule.

and there could be many such combinations (of ESG/Hol.Cal./PSG/WSR).

You will require 2 Daily Work Schedules (WORK and OFF), 2 Periodic Work Schedules and as many Work Schedule Rules are there are possible combinations of ESG/Hol.Cal./PSG/WSR.

First, you should read about Work schedules, either through the Time Management Wiki page of this site, on help.sap.com, or elsewhere on the web. Then use t-code is spro in your development environment, and use the following path: Time Management > Work Schedules

Read the IMG documentation to each sub-node, look at the existing configuration, and start creating what you require.

Sir I understood your answer but one area not cleared properly. I.E. there are possible combinations of ESG/Hol.Cal./PSG/WSR
