Hi,

I have a problem, in the IP10 the PlanDate and the CallDate is the same, but automatically the orders are called a month before. Do you know why? and do you know where can and change it and put 2 months?

Thank you.

Hi,

The Maintenance plans are triggering call objects based on "Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameters" maintained in maintenance plan.

The plan date is also affected by "float". Are you using factory calendar ?

About "Float" standard SAP says that :

  1. The period of time before and after the date at which a maintenance package becomes due, during which the package can be performed without altering the subsequent due dates.
  2. The lead float tells you how long before the maintenance package becomes due you can start performing the activities.
  3. The follow-up float tells you how long after the maintenance package is due the execution of the activities can be completed.

It mainly due to call horizon determined in the maintenance plan, where the call horizon determines when a maintenance call object(Maintenance order) can be called.

If you keep 100% call horizon, then we get call object on same date.

Let me know your maintenance plan scheduling parameters defined in your plan.

Hi Gonzalo,

The maintenance plan scheduling parameter needs to be maintained properly to get the required Plan & call date in IP10.

In your case, Call horizon field is blank that's why the call and plan date are same and order are getting created.

Press f1 on call horizon field, learn how it work's and use appropriate percentage to bring 2-month difference.

Ajay.
