We not use split rule in calculating actual price of activity type, That is we use target cost to split the overhead. Anyway, we also distribute some overhead to other cost center before calculation the actual price of activity type, such as from cost center 3110000 to 3119999. So in the splitting cost element report, beside ordinary line, every cost element have a line which have an origin 3119999. But the origin/acitivity type has no target cost, which means the distribution cost can not be splitted according to the target cost in the first step.
How can these cost be included in the splitting in the first step like ordinary cost?
