PPDS Optimizer to group Planned orders of a Sales order

Hi,

I have a situation where the products have characteristics of length, width and height. Sales orders are created with account assignment and CIF'd to APO as MTO Sales orders.

The requirement is to schedule products of a sales order as close as possible and also follow:

1. Group Same Prod Grp(Length)
2. Thin to Thick
3. Wide to narrow

This is to make sure stacking SKU's on pallets after production is easier. In doing so, if a sales order within a Prd Grp is picked, all the items of that sales order within that group need to be scheduled together.

Below is an example of ideal schedule.

I created a setup matrix with Characteristic Prd Grp and CIF'd PDS, etc. but optimizer can optimize only between groups and not inside the groups. If other characteristics are involved in the matrix, in order to achieve least cost, optimizer will not group the planned orders of a sales order together. I am not able to find a way to assign cost at order level or force optimizer to pick line items of same order. Appreciate your thoughts and input.
