SAP PI System copy

Hello,

Suppose I have a PI 7.1 system running on a box and I want exact same system on a new box : Database ,SAP components ,patching level etc,what is the way to achieve this ?

Do I need to install PI again from scratch and do patcxhing on new box or system copy can be done ? what is the best approach if I want exact same system on my new box?.
