Hello, I recently updated an Opentext scanning terminal from 10.1 version to 16.0.
We have updated Enterprise Scan, Imaging Viewer and all the Document Pipeline to 16.0 version, with the same configuration as before, but now the sending process to R3 from the SAP Document Pipeline does not work. Enterprise Scan use local Document Pipeline.
The "cfbx" log:
------

I have multiple questions:
- Do you know if the RFC connection is made from the scanning station or from the Archive Server?
- If it is done from the scanning station, where is the RFC connection configuration (user, pass, system, instance..)?
- Any idea how to solve the problem??.
Thank you.
Dear Gonzalo,
Did you found a solution for this issue?
Thank you!
Paul
