Separate production order for separate requirements

I have some materials (almost 100) which they are sold from storage location 0035 as finished products, but, at the same time, they can used in storage location 0057 as semi-finished materials in the production of another SAP code (OrdRes requirement in the attached image).

Right now, a production order for this material combines these two requirements in creating one production order (in storage location 0045) for the two requirements quantity. How can I configure the system in order to create different production order for the OrdRes requirements? Is it anyway possible?

Hello Nikos,

Pl try with the indicator - Individual/Collective requirements in MRP4 view of material master.

Pl maintain it as Individual requirements.
