Dear Sappers,
My client has this requirement.
Purchase Order is made respect to PR.PO is released and order is placed to Vendor with quantity 100 and has a delivery date.
After placing the Order to Vendor, they want more quantity let say 250 quantity.
When they amend the PO, System should again trigger release for the respective persons. In Standard SAP, in case of value change, we can set to trigger release. But we have to set the tolerance for that.
They have the following requirements
a) Before GRN, they can amend the PO and System should trigger for PO release
b) After GRN, partial quantity received and they amend the PO and system trigger release in PO.
I got an exit for this.I tested with our ABAPer but it's not working.

How to resolve this??
Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Thanks & Regards

Hi Pranaya,
Can you try by defining a User Defined field which will marked X in case there are any changes to the PO.
Maintain the User Defined Field as a characteristic with value as X.
The value has to be populated using the exit.
