I have a situation here with incremental costs in SO Example of incremental costs on Sales Order
- Supply Chain purchase 1 year WTY (warranty cost) when it should have been 3 year
- Additional kit comes to our attention and we need to purchase pro rata WTY to coterminous expiry date
If we have already performed the Revenue Recognition run …. How will Business ByDesign handle the incremental costs? … these COGS need to be prepaid and spread over a shorter period to end on the original Sales Order expiry date Please let me know how to record this.
