Graphics Rendering Problem, fatal: Trying to call igs, but url was null

Hi Experts ;

I have a issue with IGS , in the logviewer show this error :

fatal: Trying to call igs, but url was null

However, I have access to IGS Server in backend with http://hostname:40080 is ok , and the configuration in Visual Administrator is Ok in :

<System ID> -> Server -> Services -> Configuration

Adapter

-> webdynpro -> sap.com -> tc_wddispwda

I do Note 1145243 - How to set traces for BusinessGrahics.pdf and the trace show the error fatal: Trying to call igs, but url was null,

Hi saravanan,

I read the post, but i Have configured the url in VA, of machine of backend in this case http://sapqas:40080 and in broser is ok , show the message "SAP IGS is running " , but mi portal is in other machine the name sapport and in QAS system in transaction SIGS is ok , this say rfc configuration is ok.

i find this error:

[ListenerHttp::Loop] Request favicon.ico not supported

it's in mux_sapqas1.trc file , this file in folder log of igs.
