Workitem disapper from SBWP

Hi All,

My Problem is releated to workflow.

Iam getting workitem into my work item inbox.When ever open the workitem it is disappearing from iam inbox.

Could you please Provide me the some solution.

Hi,

You might be checking in unread documents. Please check the all the items.

Are you just opening it or executing it(Clicked on complete workitem)?

Hi,

when i double click on my work item it has to go to the transaction MIRO.

but when i double click through my user id it was disappering from my worklist.

But through another user id iam able to open the MIRO transaction .

Hi ,

Normally when ever the workitem is trigger , it will be in "READY" status to all assigned agents. If any one of the person has open the workitem status will come to "INPROCESS" and disapper from the all other agents.

May be that is the problem.

Hi,

This looks like an authorization issue. Check the code written in the task. There might be some code like LEAVE PROGRAM / LEAVE TO SCREEN 0 which is doing so. It is possible to delete the work item after processing. You can place a break point in the method of the task, debug and see what is happening.(Execute the work item).

Please eloborate your problem. What is happening once you double click on the work item? Is that work item has any outcomes to be choosen(check the task)?

Hi Vinod,

When I double-click on one invoice in the INBOX workflow, SAP should take me straight to a T-Code to process the invoice, either MIRO or FB60, in my case, when I try to process the invoices in the workflow, by double-clicking on them neither MIRO nor FB60 appears, what happens is that the invoice desappears from the "INBOX" and is moved to the "OUTBOX" - "WORK ITEMS EXECUTED BY ME"

Hi Vasu,

determine the task for the object and in the task display, check whether the options 'Object Methd with dialog' is checked.

selecting this option would enable an user interaction for the relevant task. Also check the terminating events defined for the task, these might also help to over come ur issues.
