Broadcasting job fails

Hi experts,

We have two instance (1. ECC 6 system 2. BI System (ABAP+JAVA) in one system.

After system copy i did post activities

Here all the jobs are running fine.

But some of the jobs getting fail and then the same failed job can be success next day as per scheduled

Error examples shown below

Error: com.sap.ip.bi.base.exception.BIBaseRuntimeException

Message no. RSBOLAP014

Java system error: call FM RSRD_X_PRODUCE_PROXY to ProgId HOSTNAME_PORTAL_SID on host ttcsap04 with SSO not authorized:No login module succeeded.

Message no. RSBOLAP018

We have Heap size up to 1024

Please let me know why this is happning and also let me know what needs to be done

Run the diagnostic report to see what error you get from the note link below.

probably you need to run BI-Java / Technical configuration of BI-Java from NWA=> Deploy and Change configuration Wizard.

Another possibility is to upgrade the BI java components(BI-BASE-S & BIWEBAPP).

Post us what do you see.

After system copy i did post activities

The jobs which are failing in your system are still taking the values of older configuration i mean hotname & other details like variables from older system.

Please change these entries

Also ::

FM RSRD_X_PRODUCE_PROXY to ProgId HOSTNAME_PORTAL_SID on host ttcsap04 with SSO not authorized

you SSO data is still taking older valus for whcih it dont have authorisation so please provide corrct autorisation & SSO details to your jobs so that it will run succefully.
