solman service desk graphic view

Dear All,

Do you know how to display report service desk report with graphic view. i try to click graphic view in tcode CRM_DNO_MONITOR but i cannot see anything there, blank. anyone knows the problem? or where should i configure to make the graphic view display, so i can see the report with graphic view.

Hi

You can ask any other module consultants who have experince in R/3 Reports, they can guide you better.

The scenario and usage of reports is similar in R/3 and solman.
