SAP HANA CTS configuration. Authorization error

Dear all,

we are trying to configure CTS for our HANA DBs following this guide

We are now trying to connect the HANA DB via HALM with the webservice or the testtool mentioned in note:2097341 , however we geht an authorization error.

in the HANA DB xsservice we have the following error:

sap.hana.xs.lm.test.desttester:test.xsjs(00055) : (new Error("HTTP request failed. Status: 401. User is not authorized to log on to the remote system

The user has the role:

SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_SERVICE_USER

SAP_CTS_PLUS and more

any idea which authorization could be missing?

Hi,

Another possiblity is the 401 error described on SAP note 2477906. Does the password contains non-ASCII characters ?
