HCM Processes and Forms: Form Scenario

Hi,

I am working on creating a new process in HRASR_DT. The requirement is displaying a form in both ESS and MSS with different look and feel(two forms basically). will it possible using a single process? Need your info.... should i use two form scenario? If yes, how should i integrate with single process? Please help.

Hi,

You can use the single process and form scenario to handle this. Create 2 different pages in tcode SFP and control the visibility depends upon ESS or MSS. You can create one parameter in form scenario for the identification weather it comes from ESS or MSS and check it in the pdf.

i am wondering how to identify from where the form has been triggered? ESS or MSS ? how to pass this in into the parameter ?

Hi

You can get the login user id and you can identify the user having ESS role or MSS role.

If you configure via ESS you can set the application parameter in the URL iview and you can identify.
