Hi Experts,
Need your help on loading the missing data to ODS.
Since there were some missing records in the ODS ( which is extracted in DELTA MODE).
I created a new INFOPACKAGE, for this ODS with Update mode as FULL UPDATE and
set to REPAIR FULL REQUEST as the ODS is running on DELTA.
This data selection for this Package is : Billing Number, Billing Item, Company code, Bill Date & Sales Org.
I tried running the load with by keying in the missing documents in the selection criteria
but the extraction was ZERO Records.
similarly i tried with only company code, only with billing date but the out put of loading was ZERO records
even though the R/3 has records for all the above selected criteria.
Can any one let me know the steps for REPAIR FULL REQUEST for the ODS.
I need to know if i have missed any steps
Thanks,
Veeru.

Hi Sivaraju,
Thanks for the Faster response!
Our SAP system is 4.6c and BW is 3.1.
I have a list of billing documents which are missing in BW.
Can you please let me know the complete steps in details to fetch those missing
billing documents into BW from R/3.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
And can you tell me one more thing as well will setting the repair full request doesnt solve the actual problem ?
Thanks,
Veeru.
Hi Sivaraju,
Thanks for your suggestion again!
Actually I tried first to set the infopackage to Full update with REPAIR FULL REQUEST and extract data
by key in billing documents in selection criteria of Infopackage.
But the fetch was ZERO records.
Later after your SUGGESTION
i went to Tcode SBIW -->Setting for Application-Specific Datasources ---> Logistics Managing Extract Structures ---> Initialization ---> Filling the Setup tables --->Application-Specific Setup of statistical data ---> Perform Setup - SD Billing Documents (T-Code OLI9BW) and
execute by Specifying the below details
Document range which were missing ( as date is not available for selection for this setup table ) ,
run name and time and Date (put future date)
After completing of the execution as per your suggestion
i re-run the extraction in BW with Full repair request for the missing records
the FETCHING OF RECORDS WAS SUCCESSFULL.
BUT I want to clarify below 2 points.
1. All the above steps i have done in Development system,
SO before performing these steps in Production environment , Do i need to delete the SETUP Table first using tcode LBWG and then proceed to the setup table with missing document range ?
and can i perform any no of time setup tables execution ?
2. Whether Setting of SETUP Table for this Billing ODS will have any impact on my regular DELTA for this ODS as
i will be creating new infopackge in PRD?
Please Clarify on the above as i am not much familiar on the setup tables etc.
Thanks,
Veeru.
Hi,
Here SDN site is very slow .
1,what ever steps you have done is correct.
Come to your doubts points
1, you need to do delete the setup tables and fill the missing documents .you can fill a set up tables no of times no issues.
2,if the deltas distrub also no issues run init without data transfer delta pointer will set .ensure that lock the usere not all users and not all tcode some tcodes only .Take your seniors help becuase this civier issue daily reports are going do this actvitty non working hours.
All the best
Regards
Sivaraju
Hi Veeru,
Previous answer was correct.
The fact you have zero records with your Full Repair load is probably because you didn't filled up the setup table.
Go to SBIW and first delete the setup tables of the domain (in your case it's 12).
Then fill them up again by selecting the correct documents or timeframe. If you have a large history please make some selections. You can run this selectiona a number of times (all data will be incremented in the setup table) and even perform the jobs in background.
When all your selections are completed you can use the "Full Repair" InfoPackage.

Hi Sivaraju,
The issue is solved!!!
Actually the reason for missing records is because the 02LIS_13_VDITM is with Queued DELTA.
Due to year end the job related to these queued delta were stopped. Hence no records were fetched.
Now after me checking the LBWQ found that there are many LUW's waiting in the queue .
Asked basis to run the jobs and do the normal extraction.
ISSUE SOLVED.
Thanks to Sivaraju to answer my questions on Setup tables & Michel for his reply.
