Downloading SAP PowerDesigner 16.6

I just upgraded my licence Keys from version 16.5 to 16.6. Now I want to download the 16.6 version and latest patches. Unfortunately, when I select Software Download from the Support Launchpad, I cannot find any PowerDesigner downloads. Anybody can help me on this issue please ? Merci.
