Tenemos un cliente que expresa que al ingresar al browser access, se toma aproximadamente 18 segundos en cargar todo sap.

Nosotros realizamos pruebas y efectivamente se demora 18 segundos en ingresar a browser access después de ingresar usuario y clave. El cliente quiere saber si es posible mejorar estos tiempos para agilizar algunas actividades.

We have a client that says that when they login on the browser access, it takes approximately 18 seconds to load all sap.

We did tests and effectively it takes 18 seconds to login browser access after entering username and password. The client wants to know if it is possible to change these times for have most speed.

Hi,

SAP B1 browser version is still not matured enough and has performance issues. It will work slow in many scenarios if you are using any custom build add-ons. There could be many reasons behind this issue.

1. Network connection - If you are accessing it on intranet then its performance is better rather than using it on internet or VPN.

2. Add-on - If we are using add-on then it will put additional load on login.

3. Custom forms - If you have additional custom forms and trying to navigate through it then it will also put load on browser application.

Try to do load balancing for browser service so you can get best performance out of it. If possible then test this with latest available version of SAP B1 because SAP keeps improving on their browser version of B1.

Don't expect browser performance as same as FAT Client setup.
