copying header text

Hi friends,

We have a requirement where we capture the data in the sales order header text.For this we have created 4 text types at the sales order header level.But when we go the delivery and check the delivery header,it shows the data of the first text type only and not the 2nd,3rd,4th text types.

Please suggest if somethng is missing
