Validity of role MKK must not be restricted

hi ,

We have setup new crm system for isu. Have created a refrence BP and corresponding customer in ISU and made the proper entry in the table TCRMBP_REFCUST.

When i create a BP in crm the bdoc fails with error saying *Validity of role MKK must not be restricted*

I checked with the validity and found that it is not because of validity. The issue is something diffrent for sure, because we already have a system up with the same configuration related to validity.

Any suggestion to troubleshoot.

Hi Rahul,

I know It's late but maybe this reply helps others, you should try to edit the dates of BP role in CRM which is corresponding to MKK role. It must always have a validity from the current date to 12/31/9999.
