How do I use a standard or a custom query in an OData service to fetch the data from the BOPF instead of writing code in Get entityset. I have redefined the BOPF service. I am using a TM system with Oracle DB. Is there any standard way to configure the Query and perform CRUD operations.
Not exactly, But their is an option to consume POWL ID and build an Odata service out of it without any coding. For more details please check the section SAP NetWeaver->UI Technologies->SAP NetWeaver User Interface Services section.
eYou can create the entity/entiyset and go to entity set where you can do the bopf mapping (SADL mapping) you need to right click on the entityset for that option. It's similar to CDS mapping. Did you try that?
