Hi,

I need to download inbound emails of interactions to desktop as PDF, i have find a class with method CL_CRM_EMAIL_UTILITY_BASE->GET_MAIL_DATA_FROM_SO, Output of table: BODY is not same as email input.

Any expert could help in this really rewarded:-)

BODY of class CL_CRM_EMAIL_UTILITY_BASE->GET_MAIL_DATA_FROM_SO->BODY contain below value for MIME_TYPE :TEXT/HTML

Hello Devanga,

could you set a breakpoint in CL_CRM_EMAIL_UTILITY_BASE~GET_MAIL_DATA_FROM_SO and check if note 1693949 maybe the reason for the blank table BODY ? Furthermore could you check the MIME Types are properly Maintained for PDF. The relevant functionmodul is 'CONVERT_OTF' with the relevant MIME Type 'application/pdf'.
