No records found for the search criteria entered - GRC

Dear Friends,

When specific roles [ SAP*, Y* and Z* or full role details ] are filled in role/profile name field " No records found for the search criteria entered " is displayed - screen shot enclosed.

However, when role/profile name field is " empty " all roles [ SAP*, Y* and Z* ] are visible - screen shot enclosed.

This is noticed in GRC - production after upgrade to GRCFND_A 0020 & GRCPINW 0021 from SP08

- Repository Object ( Profile, role & User ) Synchronization - Completed.

- SPRO-->GRC-->AC-->Role Management-->Maintain Role Status - Production is already set to checked - Role Management is not used. select-roles.pngselect-roles-2.png

Please share your views how this can be resolved.

Running the report GRAC_ROLE_NAME_SH_CONVERSION solved the problem.
