Combine Option Not Available in AFO

Dear All

We are trying to use the functionality to Group and Link dimension in AFO; but could not find this option "Combine" in menu bar, can any one please advise if any settings/configuration needs to be done to make it available.

For Reference: BO-4.2 is being used.
