SAP Crystal Reports for SAP Business One Error

Dear experts,
We are using SAP Business One 9.3 HANA PL05 and SAP Crystal Reports 2016 Support Pack 5 (Version 14.2.5.2618).

We have installed everything according to the guideline.

As you can see, both are installed.

But when try to import into Business One, we have number of errors coming up.

Also, in SAP Crystal Reports, the function to import to SAP Business One directly does not show up.

What do you suggest to do?

Its SAP B1 Client Application CR run time Issue got to following path on your server and copy from this folder and paste on client PC where you are facing issue and reinstall it C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Server\B1_SHR\Client

Hi Shak,

First uninstall SAP B1 Client and deleted Business Objects folder from SAP B1 Client Folder or delete complete SAP B1 client folder. Then reinstalled the client from B1Shr folder from server.
