Dear All ,

We are implementing ESS MSS in which we want to fetch the subtype Passport from infotype Personal ID (0185) .

Please let me know in which all tables i need to make an entries to get the passport details from Personal ID infotype in Personal information section .

Archana S., the 0185 Infotype application is country-specific. Check this link for more information:

To reuse for another country, you've to perform the 3 activities mentioned in SPRO > Personnel Management > Employee Self-Service > Service-Specific Settings > Own Data > Reuse Country-Specific Applications:

1. Assign Screen Structure to Infotype Versions (choose the infotype and your country grouping, then add a structure of any available country)

2. Define Active Subtypes and Use Case (add the infotype-subtype set for your country grouping and the corresponding Use Case)

3. Define Country-Specific Applications (copy the assignment

EMPLOYEE_PERSINFO_PERSID05 nn EMPLOYEE_PERSID_XX_SERVICE05

where 'nn' and 'XX' are the country grouping where are you copying the application, and paste, by replacing 'nn' for your country grouping)

Hi SergioSarasti ,

I could not get back to you on this issue because the personal id link suddenly had got disappeared from personal information section of ESS .Now it is visible .

I checked the table entries for mentioned tables . it is properly maintained

I maintained the entry for infotype 185 in V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP .

Now i am getting below error

A critical error has occured. Processing of the service had to be terminated. Unsaved data has been lost.

Please contact your system administrator.

Subtype does not exist for Infotype 0185 error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE

Please help .

Just check with the employee for which you are maintaining 185 infotype from the back end also.

also in the table V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP just check with time constraints maintained for the IT 0185

The problem is resolved . There was a problem with Personal Id link . we again deployed it and maintain the table T7XSSPERSUBTYP for infotype 185.

Stuart has given the correct answer, 0185 is being in Indian ESS to update the pan details and personal id etc

There is a standard service for this, If not available you can always copy the resourse and create one

Firstly I am not sure you can maintain 0185 using delivered ESS services

Either way adding it to V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP may not automatically allow you to maintain this infotype/subtype from ESS

- certainly this should be tried initially though

You may need to develop your own infotype/subtype application or at the very least create associated text labels and input/output boxes for Passport and include it in any existing model

Maintain the infotype and subtype for Passport in table V_T7XSSPERSUBTY. This will resolve your issue.

Just use the tcode sm30

Find out the table value.

extract the data from ecc6.0 & integrate with ep connectivity. for creation personnel ID with the infotype 0185.

u will get the result.
