MDGF - UI non-editable for Type-4

Hi All,

I am extending 0G model with a custom object for my requirement. I have one type 1 and type 4 i need to add. I have used MDGF_OVP_GEN for my User interface. My type 1 and type 4 are related by 1:N along with a qualifying key with cardinality 1:N. Now i am using a list UIBB for the purpose of type-4 to allow multiple records but the UIBB is not editable. I have tried to add the attributes in form but with same result. I have tried using 'Edit' button but no success. If anyone faced similar issue can you please guide me......

for wiring i am using CL_MDG_BS_CONNECTOR_BOL_REL class.

Hi

In that case you can copy the GL account - ACCOUNT or Cost Center - CCTRH or CCTRG language dependent fields...use the same UI. Remove the unwanted fields. This will be easy option.

Thanks for the reply. I can use language dependent fields but i need more than the fields provided by language dependent text. My question here is why the Type-4 fields are not editable even with all the wiring done properly.

If its only text fields why are you using type 4? Is these entries are in different language?

it is 4 fields......in ERP system they exist in a seperate transparent table and yes there can be more than 1 language

Some additional text that we need. I have thought of using language dependent text for the purpose but i have more fields. SO i have a type-4 with language as a qualifying key.
