Unable to Change Step User Due to no released status of background jobs

Dear all,

We are trying to change the step user of the following jobs since the step user it is currently using will be deleted in the system. However, we cannot change it since we cannot search any 'Released' status of this jobs.

Kindly assist me on how to edit these background jobs.

SAP_CCMS_PFDB_COUP_<SID>

SDB_MONITORING_DATA_AUTO_ACTIONS

SESS_Y000005685_COLL_TRANS

SESS_Y000005697_COLL_TRANS

SM:RFC MONITORING

SM:SOLMAN MONITORING

SM:SOLMAN_DIAG_UPDATE

SM:SYNC ISSUES FROM CRM

XRPM_USAGE

Thank you very much!

    Hi,

If these jobs are scheduled to run periodically, you should be able to search for jobs in 'Released' status. Search with date selection From 'todays date' and To 'Tomorrow's date'. I hope you know how to change the user once you find the Released jobs.

Please revert in case of any concern.

This is in-line with Charm's inquiry, the following jobs have no "release" status even the date from and to has been adjusted, that is why we can't modify/change its current step user. Would you know if there anything specific (maybe any configuration that automatically created those jobs) and that needs to be modify.

      Appreciate your feedback. Thank you.

Dont know if this question is still relevant, but someone might find it useful. If you change step owner of job SM:SCHEDULER the job owner of other SM:* jobs changes also, because the sm:scheduler job is the "master" job and schedules all the other jobs.
