Dear colleagues,
when creating an activity in C4C and a corresponding follow-up activity, these two activities are logically linked. If you complete the follow-up activity, the source activity is automatically completed as well. We have use cases where this should not happen automatically. Hence the question: Is it possible to deactivate the automated completion of the upstream objects?
Thanks and kind regards
André
Hello Andre,
The link between source and Follow up is just a reference. The completion of the follow up activity will not influence the Status of the source activity. Can you specify in which BO you are seeing this behavior?
Best Regards,
Arun

Hello Arun,
I created a phone call in C4C. Then, as follow up activity I created a task. I completed this task via "Actions -> complete task" afterwards. The status of the phone call, the source, has changed automatically to completed by completing the task.
Can the automatic completion of the source activity be disabled?
Thanks and kind regards
André
