After status CNF, How we can restrict the changes to the production order?

While assigning the one more component to the opertion system showing the warning message 'The operation is already confirmed' message No. C2045 i've converted it into the Error Message, but still system is showing the 'Warning message'.

Dear,

I'm not sure but just try this,

You can then set the message type for message CO 045 using Transaction O04C or Transaction OPJB. If there is no entry yet for message CO 045 , select 'New Entries' and enter the following:

Version Application areaMsg No Message text Type

00000000 CO 045 The operation is already confirmed 'E' Error message

Or use the Enhancement PPCO0023 Checks Changes to Order Components.

At both the T-Codes the message is there with E type still system is showing it as a Warning in order.

Hi,

If setting the message to E is not working, then create the user status as mentioned in previous my posting & assign it at operation level.

Check if it meets your need.

Hi,

Create a user status profile in BS02 & assign it to your order type in OPJH.

Setup the user status such that once the status CNF is active, make Changes as forbidden.

This will ensure that the order cannot be modified after the order has CNF status at header level.

You should be able to get quite a few threads in this forum which details how to create a user status if you'r not familiar with it.

Vivek
