Hello guys ,
I have a serious problem that i face losing connection between the terminals and the server, but I can still ping the server from those disconnected computers, the following is a sample to the error from the event viewer of the SAP server.
source : SAPGEP_00
category : None
event ID : 35712
type : error
description : SAP-Basis System Operating system call
rec failed ( error no. 10054)
then the following error
source : SAPGEP_00
category : None
event ID : 35698
type : error
description : SAP-Basis System Connection to user 48
( user name ), terminal 26 ( computer name ) lost
the user no. and the terminal no. are changing all the time
to the same user and computer name.

500235 - Network Diagnosis with NIPING
413330 - Network timeouts
Following full analysis as outlined in the above notes,
if the problem continues proceed with the
results from all tests outlined in the above notes and:
26086 TCP/IP Connection to partner broken
Check the following Note in relation
correcting DNS settings:
124562 - Hostname resolution problems (DNS timeouts)
