BAPI_OBJCL_GETDETAIL display functional location classification

Hello,I am trying to do a comparison between the functional location classification

AC Registration current and registration number found in va03 Registration number .

I am using using 'BAPI_OBJCL_GETDETAIL' I get the values from kssk: OBJECTKEY(vbak-Y_MM_TARGET_DATE) ,OBJECTTABLE (KSSK-MAFID),CLASSNUM(CLINT),CLASSTYPE(KLART).

It gives me the 535 Function module not found!

Can you please tell me if I am using the right table or where to find the values to do the comparison.

Please provide some sample Code so we can see what possibly could be happening.
