work center setup & clean times calculations

dear consultants,

kindly i have a confusion about WC time planning,

1. if i define the setup time in WC and when create production orders system calculate setup times for each order.

but in practical production for the first order in the morning we do setup but for next orders suing the same machine and product, we produce using the machine without re-setup. how to fix this problem?

but i using procss industry and setup type and group is not working in PPPI could guide how to solve this problem

Dear,

For operations and phases, you can now maintain the fields 'Setup group category' and 'Setup group key' on the 'General data' detail screen please check. If you select an entry in OPG6 the 'Resource setup group' transaction and you jump to the setup transition detail screen for the selected setup matrix and reciep group counter.
