Date Incorrectly(Comments) appearing in BPC Report

Hi,

We have a BPC report in which dates are getting populated against a WBS through copy comments package. We are doing a copy from Previous Quarter EST_Q2 to EST_Q3 for the current year. For each WBS,we have multiple dates in the back end comments table.

The issue is that the dates for the previous quarter(EST_Q2) are not matching with the consequent quarter(EST_Q3) after executing copy comments package. In back end, all the dates are getting copied but the date appearing in the report is not matching with the date appearing in the report for Previous quarter.

My doubt is there a sequence or pattern that is followed which decides which dates would appear in the report ?

First - please, never use "Insert file" instead of correct "Insert Image"! Hard to read.

Second - still not clear! Please provide full details how do you copy comments with screenshots.

For comments table, please show the column: DATEWRITTEN - sort column to show the latest comment
