Hi,
I am getting the an issue regarding the HRFORMS. The blocks in payslips are sometime gets over filled as we have more number of entries than specified for that frame. Could you please suggest?

Hi Sukhram
Just a query, but did the 'SAP_PAYSLIP_GBSM' form solve your issue?
I have created a 'Z' payslip form that is a direct copy of 'SAP_PAYSLIP_GBSM', but when an employee has more payments or deduction wage types than the rows in each window (i.e due to multiple retro's), the form doesn't create a second page, it simply overflows the subform area and overwrites any subforms set below?
I don't know if your issue was similar and whether you found a solution?
Cheers
Phil

Hi Sukhram,
Well in that case you can use the latest payslip SAP_PAYSLIP_GBSM which has all the field as dynamic. In the older paysilp the fields were static but in the new one it is dynamic. So this error of overflow won't come with that.
It is delivered via note 1361694
