"EVALUATE_AGENT_VIA_RULE" error in Decision step

Hello All,

I am getting this error "EVALUATE_AGENT_VIA_RULE" at my decision step. I am deriving agents via rule. This rule is working perfectly fine.

And, I am not getting this error if i use standard decision task TS00008267.

I created a custom task for having custom message and this is happening. What could be the reason. My task is also a general task. Seems like binding issue. but i am unable to figure it out. can someone guide me on binding in detailed way.

any pointers. Pls. I tried everything. i checked many threads, Made task as General, Cleared Buffer.

Issue solved.

Attributes of Task are General in One client and this changes are not reflecting to other client. its weird. changed attributes manually in other client and it worked.

its basic error in step..

I just found out that, its working in Developement client, but not in Testing client. what could be the reason?
