SolMan 7.2 - Cloud Tenant Monitoring: Individual Emails for each Failed Messages

Hello,

Requirement: Trigger Individual Emails for each Failed Messages in Cloud Tenant, from Solution Manager 7.2 SP06.

SolMan Standard configuration is featuring only alert reports. We need separate Emails for each failed message in Cloud Tenant ( like example we receive SAP PO alerts for each failed ( system error ) message ).

Any additional configuration or BADI implementation?

Hi Rajesh,

In the Monitoring Object setup, there is a tab named 'Further Settings'. In that Activate the Check Box for 'Do not group individual Occurrences' (By default it will not be checked).

This setting will create separate alert for each occurrence of the threshold breach. If e-mail is configured for the Alert, then you should receive separate e-mails for each occurrence.
