hi experts, i want to configure the outlook with 2 persons? my requirement is that after the creation of PO i want to sent the 2 mails for two different users, one can approve the PO & anoher one have to the see the PO, he don't have any authorization to change the PO? all these configure to outlook? is it possible?

Hi,

I think there is no any specific configuration that has to be done in an outlook,rather you want to configure SMTP using SCOT tcode.

Let me know you email id ..so that i can send some document to configure to send external emails.
