PO release strategy conflict

Hi Gurus,

I have a question on purchase order release strategies that tend to conflict.

Suppose there are two release strategies (release group PO and strategies E and F), both maintained with order type NB, purchasing org 1100 and net order value > 10000 INR.

When a PO is created, which one will the system pick up? Is there any order of preference?

Hi,

system will consider the first release strategy which comes first in order,

for example, release strategy AB & AC, where system will look in to the AB,

you can find out the sequential order through CL24N,

Hi lakshmi,

I did Relese procedure for Purchase order . its working through ME29N for relese PO.

there was a 2 leves to relese PO 100 euro - 1000euros

2nd leves for relese 1001 Euro - 10000 Euros

after relesing first level system has to send mail or popup mesage or internal message in sap. to 2nd level

but i am not abule to sent that message and all..

and PO should not relese with any another USER IDs .. where can i enter user ID for 1st level and 2 nd level relese prsons.

it should be relese the same user ID of SAP GUI.

can u pl guide me.

Lakshmi seems to be right. It does pick up the one that appears earlier by name.

Incase of any conflict of Release Strategy, the System will not trigger any release strategy..

The PO will be without any Release Strategy..
