SAP Hana 2.0- Calculation Column in Calculation View

The situation is like this: There is an attribute column with values Red, Amber, Green and Grey. The column will only have one value at the time.Then, I need to create a calculated column as a counter, eg counter 1....counter4. This will enable to calculate how many reds etc are in a table containing several millions of records. While creating the calculated columns the pushbutton "OK" is not available. I am suspecting the issue is related to the units in the semantic tab. Is there any way to overcome this issue. I will appreciate some help, many thanks. RAP

What do you mean with that? Can you show it on a screenshot, e.g. what tool you are using, what you are expecting ...

Hi Florian:

I am facing the same issue again many years later. The validate syntax push-button is not available to check for the syntax of an expression. Another consultant has the "validate" syntax on his SAP Hana Design Studio 2.0
