Travel and expense module integration with SAP Concur

Hi All,

We are implementing the SAP concur and have few quires to understand on the integration. Please could anyone advise if you would have experience.

• 1.My client is asking to interface the concur postings in to PR05 and generate the trip number. I.e. based on the SAE (Standard accounting extract) file that we received from concur, we would like to create the Trips in PR05 using the program or exit. If anybody have idea any idea on this please. Could you please help to throw some lights on this.

• 2.If the above option is not possible i.e. to create the PR05 trip number based on SAE file. Please advise of there is any other better option available.

• 3.Appreciate all the valuable ideas and suggestions.

SAE should be used to create postings based on IDOCs. There is no need to send any data to SAP Travel Management. All processes of SAP TV are already covered by Concur.
