Hi,

With SM04 t code, you can see users connected to GUI client.

In AL08 you can see all the users list who connected.(app server wise).

In SM66 you can users list,if they are running any report or calculation at that point of time.

Manohar

Hi Kumar.... Go to BPC Admin - Manage Application sets - User Activity.

For additional System Reports - Go to BPC Web - Launch BPC System Reports.

Hi,

I dont think there is any way to see the online users in NW. this was feasible in MS. However, you can check the activities of the Users by going to Admin Console and then to User Activity. This will show the activity only for a particular appset. If you want to see the activities for all the appsets, you can login to SAP server and go to SE11 and open the table UJA_LOGGED_ON.

Hope this helps.

Hi Kumar,

You have two questions

Q1) User Activity details

A1) Audit reporting is part of the SAP BPC Web Live Reporting Console

Select Type of Audit Trail to Report

1. Audit Activity Report

2. Audit Data Report

Once required report is selected specify report parameters like Date Range, Activity Type etc.,

Q2) Who is online

A2) Users will connect to multiple client interface

Users logged into BPC Admin Console, you can find using option who is online. This option is available when you select AppSet in BPC admin console.

Users logged into BPC Excel, BPC Web etc., not possible from BPC interface.

You need to log into SAP BI system and go to SE11 and open the table UJA_LOGGED_ON.

Hope you are good now!

Dear Nilanjan,

I am trying to use UJA_LOGGED_ON but I don't see any information when I click on Display.

Do you know the process of how to see the activity table and export it?

Thanks,

ASad
