c4c - generate automatic emails with reference (URLlink) to customer or opportunity.

Hi,

i would like to implement a sales process in which when a lead converted to opportunity and assigned to a sales rep, the sales rep will get an email containing the direct link to the opportunity that was assigned to him.

not clear to me how can i built the URL? how can i create this link to the specific opportunity\account?

Hello there Avital,

I expect you are having a nice Thursday there. Please check this help link "Predetermining URLs for Direct Navigation" where you can customize your e-mail templates being sent with this info. The placeholder COD_OPPORTUNITY_THINGTYPE can be used to achieve this.

I spoke with one of our Community Master moments ago... in the answers along the thread you should see an ''Accept'' button in each one of them. It is not in the actions cogwheel as you highlighted, and in this case of the screenshot it is a comment (comments cannot be accepted, only answers).

Try to hover your mouse across the answers menu bar (Comment Alert Moderator Share) in my post, it should appear. Also, check if you are logged in (the session could be ended after some time).
