Reverse Posting Mvt-262

Hi Experts,

Can you tell me how to return the material against reservation No. ,because whenever I am doing the reverse posting through MB1a with mvt type 262 system only shows me the pending list of material to be withdraw.Actaully what happened I have withdraw the some material & PM orders but when i am going for reverse posting by putting the reservation no. & mvt type 262 that material No. is not appearing in list.

Hi,

After entering the movement type ,plant and store loc just click NEW ITEM .

It will ask for order on second screen provide material and order.

Is it not possible by entering the reservation No. ?

Why i want to return the material only against the reservation because when i am doing the reverse posting agaisnt the order it is doing the reverse posting of those material which are not available in order list.Can you tell me how can i stop the reverse posting of those material which are not listed in PM order list.

Hi,

I think you have issued component as unplanned consumtion i .e. without refering the order reservation.

You will be able to reverse the components which are planned consumtion.

Check whether you have issued the components with refering the reservation of order.

Hi experts,

I have issued the component by reffering the PM order reservation but while doing the reverse posting by refering the reservation system bring me pending material list for withdrawal.I Dont know how to reverse agaisnt reservation No.

Hi,

Get the material document created while doing GI .

Cancel it through MBST . All components in the material document will be reversed.

In my knowledge i dont think you can control through standard functionality.

Hi Amit

Go to MB1A select only movement type 262, plant storage location and date and enter or adopt , now here enter the order number and material no and quantity and save . document will be reversed and result will be updated in your order too
