Thanks Salem,Could you please help me to understand difference between BI launchpad and Web Intelligent rich Client?I am l'il confused about this.Can we create webservice in BI launchpad?

BI Launchpad is web based link to access BI platform. Webi Rich client is client tool installed on your laptop or terminal server to access the BI platform. Big difference is rich client will not have timeout issues, where as BI Launchpad will have time out after certain time how your admin configured the web app.

Via Launchpad /Rich Client, you should be able to expose some of the blocks exposed to web service.
