When PO exceed the target value
There is no warning/error when the first PO (first contract release order) exceed the target value
For release Purchase orders you will get an error or warning 06042
(Target value of contract exceeded by & &) if the total PO value
is greater than the Planned value (EKKP-KTWRT) of the value contract
when the PO is saved.
When the scheduling agreement is created the system does not recognize
a quantity or value until the delivery schedule is created.
This is why the schedule can be created.
For the scheduling agreement, when the delivery schedule is entered you
should get a warning or error message 06078 Target quantity exceeded
by xx UOM. There is no check for the value.
Please go to OLME -> Environment Data -> Define Attributes of System
Messages -> System messages and set message 06 078 as E or I or W as
suits it.
Please take into account that you have to press the button "check" or
"save" to get the message 06 042 in the transaction ME21n.
