Smartform output format coming different on different machine

Hi experts,

I have smartform report. its working fine in every machine. only in 1 or 2 machines its font size are too small. Header fonts are right but details data fonts are too small.

This problem coming only specific computers. rest every where is working fine.

Hi,

This may be becoz of different print setting for different users.

You can check it through path

System->user profile->own data ->Default Tab.

Set output devices.

it may work.

Hi,

If you are using any Paragaph format(PH) or Character Formats(CH) in the smartform, Please ensure that the PH and CH are maintained as same in your machine.

Also, cross verify the Smartstyles which are being used.

Check "SAP GUI Patch Level" some time it not show in proper format because of Old Patch Level.

Check after installing Latest *Patch level for your GUI" hope will solve out problem,

I think the Latest Patch Level is 15

i have checked both GUI and Patch level all are same same every where and we are using GUI 710 and patch 15.
